Artistmagzine.nl is running on Joomla! 1.0.15 Reason for this is the possibillity for visitors to submit content. Most new extensions written for Joomla! 1.5.x aren't ready for that. At least at the time i began to develop this site. That was in the summer of 2008.

For the submission of content i used the extension JA Submit by JoomlaArt.com.

Further we have integrated a SMS-solution for getting access to content from a certain category. The plugin was created by brightcode.eu and uses a service from mollie.nl

31 march 2009 update!
Soon this site will beupgraded to Joomla! 1.5.x Thanx to development of Chronoforms it will be possible for visitors to submit content. The new website yourartistworld.com allready uses this feature.
Also yourartistworld.com uses a new integration of Pay-per-call and SMS services from Mollie.nl
